Terms and Conditions – Blue Trade IQ

1. Introduction

1.1 Blue Trade IQ ("We," "Us," "Our," or "Company") provides AI-powered trading and market analysis services to clients ("You" or "Your") under these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). 2. Definitions

3. Supply of Services

3.1 Blue Trade IQ provides AI-powered trading solutions, market insights, lead-generation, and appointment-setting services for clients, including collection and analysis of potential customer information.

4. Client Obligations

4.1 You shall provide all necessary cooperation, access, and accurate, complete, and lawful information for Blue Trade IQ to perform the Service effectively.
4.2 You shall indemnify and hold Blue Trade IQ harmless against any losses, damages, claims, or liabilities arising from inaccurate or unlawful information provided, or your breach of this Agreement.
4.3 You must ensure your staff follows up on leads generated by Blue Trade IQ in a timely manner.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

5.1 Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in the Proposal, either as a retainer or per-appointment. All advertising spend is the client’s responsibility. Fees are non-refundable except where Blue Trade IQ fails to provide services as outlined in the Proposal.

6. Termination

6.1 This Agreement starts on the Service Date and continues until completion or termination per this Section.
6.2 Blue Trade IQ may terminate immediately with written notice for:

Non-payment persisting 30 days after notice
Material breach by the client not cured within 30 days
6.3 The client may terminate after the minimum engagement period with 30 days’ written notice, provided all fees are paid. Early termination incurs full fees for the minimum period.
6.4 Blue Trade IQ may also terminate services for unethical practices or violation of these terms.

7. Liability and Indemnity

7.1 Blue Trade IQ’s total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 90 days. We are not liable for:

Actions or changes by third-party platforms
Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Any failure to achieve specific outcomes beyond our reasonable control

7.2 Clients shall indemnify and hold Blue Trade IQ, its affiliates, officers, and agents harmless for claims or losses arising from client-provided content, use of services, or breach of this Agreement.
7.3 Blue Trade IQ is not responsible for lost revenue or outcomes from leads generated.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of [LEGAL BUSINESS COUNTRY]. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
8.2 If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
8.3 This Agreement, including the Proposal, constitutes the full understanding between parties.
